I’m a big believer in looking after yourself and taking charge of your own wellbeing. It takes some work, sure, but it can be simpler than we think, and it makes a huge difference.

Wellbeing may seem like a luxury, but it's not. Nurturing ourselves allows us to sustainably serve and perform - without depleting ourselves or resenting others - and do our thing in the world. Doing the work to uncover and tend to our needs allows us to show up in a caring and compassionate way. I think the world might need more of that.
